How do I pay?You will pay the clinic after your session. You can pay by cash or cheque in Sterling or Gibraltar pounds. The clinic also takes credit and debit cards.
Will my health insurance cover counselling?Some insurers do cover a limited number of counselling sessions, but this still seems to be quite unusual in Europe. Check with your insurance provider.

Is there a waiting list?New clients are usually seen within two weeks of first contacting me. If your need is very urgent, I will try to fit you in more quickly.
How many sessions will I need?I offer open-ended counselling contracts, because every case is different. Short term counselling can achieve change in anything from three or four sessions, to three or four months. Some people stay for longer term therapy.
How long are the sessions and how often should I come?Sessions last 50 minutes, and we usually work weekly. Some people need a more flexible arrangement, which we can discuss at your first session.
